Graduation Day

The Thanksgiving Service and Graduation Ceremony for the academic year 2023-2024, themed "Ascendere Ad Excellentiam," commenced with a reverent atmosphere as students, faculty, and guests gathered on January 25th, 2024. Led by Pastor Reverend Navin Kumar John, the service featured Reverend Dr. Vincent Kumar delivering an inspiring message, drawing parallels from the achievements of historical figures like the Wright Brothers and Bill Gates, urging graduates to trust in God and aspire towards excellence. Principal Mrs. Angelina Wilson led the prayer of commitment, emphasizing dedication to goodness. Following the service, the graduation ceremony commenced with a procession of 377 students onto the stage.

Rev. Y Justin invoked divine blessings, symbolized by the lighting of the lamp, signifying hope amidst challenges. Mrs. Wilson shared an anecdote about resilience, illustrating the journey ahead for the graduates. The ceremony included the administration of the graduation pledge, a heartfelt rendition of "Lean on Me" by the students, and speeches by Elden Samuel and Jonathan Rex Varghese, highlighting their experiences at St. John's.
